From the outside it may seem like an average gas station
However, as you step inside you’re greeted with a display that changes regularly
It was featuring whole bean coffee this past time I arrived.

And they also have local ‘Chef Tanya’s Kitchen’ prepared foods
Chef Tanya’s Kitchen is popular vegan brand based in the Coachella Valley featuring house-made seitan and tempeh dishes

As I looked Tower Market it reminded me of a small grocery store back in my hometown
Fresh fruit, snacks, drinks, and the Chill House’s walk-in refrigerator stocked with countless IPA’s, beer, wine coolers, spiked seltzers… you name it
